Physical Therapist, Full Time

Evaluates and treats patients with different diagnosis in accordance with physician's orders. * Supervises physical therapist assistants and rehab technicians. * Completes and maintains required documentation such as evaluations, progress notes, daily notes, recertifications, and discharge summaries for patients on caseload. * Provides quality, personalized and evidence-based care, and proven interventions. * Performs assigned duties according to the service excellence standards and goals established for this position, and for all staff members of this facility. * Supports and abides by the facility's Mission, Vision, and Values.
