Each day, we go home knowing that we have made a difference, and we continuously strive to build upon that success. *Responsibilities:* * Provide excellent supervision and mentorship to the field's newest SLPs through Clinical Fellow supervision * Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech and language and feeding disorders in children * Develop individualized care plans to address communication and feeding goals * Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to improve speech, language, feeding skills * Collaborate with a team of professionals, including behavior analysts, to create comprehensive and individualized care plans * Provide one-on-one therapy sessions (reduced direct caseload due to supervisory position) * Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed * Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records *Requirements: * * Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology * Valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist * Certificate of Clinical Competence from The American Speech Language and Hearing Association * Experience or interest in working with autistic children and other communication needs * Passionate about early intervention and serving children 18 months-12 years * Knowledge and pursuit of evidence-based therapy * Interest in evidenced-based feeding diagnosis and therapy techniques * Strong communication and interpersonal skills including strong written communication * Ability to work effectively in a team environment and a collaborative model *Benefits* * Compensation: CCC-SLP: $70,000+ depending on experience * CF-SLP: $65,000-$70,000 * Career development and training opportunities * Medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD & Life * 401k plan with company match * Company paid holidays * Paid time off, paid sick time * Professional development allowance Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Continuing education credits * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday * No weekends Ability to Commute: * Chandler, AZ 85286 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Chandler, AZ 85286: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
