RSU #34 is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist. This position is part time (12-14 hours/week) working with students K-12.
Professional Duties:
Responds to evaluation referrals for students with suspected disabilities or re-evaluation of students with identified disabilities
Develops present level of function and an Individual Education Plan (IEP) with goals and objectives in conjunction with the IEP team
Implements service delivery to assigned students based on the goals, objectives, frequency/duration, and placement as determined by the IEP team.
Maintains oral and written communication with educational personnel and parents
Works cooperatively with educational staff to identify areas where support is needed, including adaptation strategies
Letter of interest deadline is June 25, 2025, at 12:00 pm. The Letter of interest should include the hourly rate and provider credentials.
This is a contracted position, benefits are not offered.
