As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with Sunbelt Staffing in Roanoke, you'll work closely with a licensed Occupational Therapist to implement vital therapy plans that support young learners. Your daily contributions will include:

• Delivering individualized occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade, precisely as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs.
• Collaborating effectively with the supervising Occupational Therapist, teachers, and other school staff to enhance students' fine motor skills, self-care routines, sensory processing, and overall participation in all school-related activities.
• Assisting diligently with data collection and accurate record-keeping of student progress, helping to track and celebrate their achievements.
• Contributing to the creation or modification of adaptive equipment or environmental supports for students, under the guidance of the Occupational Therapist.
