Job Responsibilities : Patient check-in and check-out Activating and assisting with MyChart patient portal Collecting copays and addressing prior balances Outreach to patients for follow-up and appointment confirmation, maintaining accurate records and documentation using Epic EMR Supporting front-desk operations and contributing to daily workflow Delivering excellent customer service Responding to patient inquiries and communicating effectively with clinical and administrative team members Required Qualifications : High School Diploma/GED (or higher) Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, ideally in a healthcare or patient-facing role Proficiency in Epic EMR Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Teams Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Calm demeanor, ability to problem-solve under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication skills Friendly and professional with patients and team members Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment Preferred attributes Previous experience in pediatrics or healthcare administration Demonstrated ability to remain composed and courteous in high-volume situations Proactive approach to workflow and patient coordination Proven track record of successful teamwork and adaptability.
