School Based Speech Pathologist (SLP) for Upcoming 23-24 Academic Year

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the upcoming academic school year at a school in the Hollister, CA. area. The SLP will be responsible for evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders, and creating appropriate treatment plans. They will also educate and communicate with family and caregivers of those with communication disorders. The caseload for this position will be determined later. The director is currently reviewing backgrounds and conducting interviews for the position. Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat communication disorders

Create individualized treatment plans for a diverse patient population

Educate patients and family members about speech disorders and their causes

Keep detailed records on patient conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress

Experience: Previous experience in the SLP setting required

Previous experience in a school setting as an SLP preferred

Education: Must have a master's degree in Speech Language Pathology

Fully accredited (CCC) preferred

Must be in at least Clinical Fellowship Year
