Patient Care Coordinator

Overview Bright Now! Dental in Richland, WA is looking for a friendly and dependable Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator to join our front office team. Schedule (days/hours) W-F 8AM-5PM Responsibilities Greet patients with warmth and professionalism Manage check-in and check-out procedures Schedule appointments and optimize the provider schedule Verify insurance eligibility and process billing/payment information Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance Collaborate with clinical team members to deliver a seamless patient experience Qualifications Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software A team player who is dependable and patient-focused Someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting Compensation $19-$23 / HR About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
