Location: Lawrence, KS

A school district near Lawrence, KS is looking for a full time licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive, collaborative school-based team. This full-time position offers flexibility, benefits, and the opportunity to make a real difference on students growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct services (individual or group) and consultative support based on student needs.

• Address fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and access to learning environments

• Develop and implement therapy goals as part of student IEPs

• Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams

• Train and support teachers and staff with strategies to improve student participation and educational progress.

• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines

Position Details:

• Schedule: Full Time: 37.5 hours/week

• Caseload: Case size is about 75 over multiple K-12 buildings

• Requirements: Active OT certification/license in KS

• Start Date: NSY
