Service Overview This full-time remote position encompasses 35-37.5 hours weekly, supporting a manageable caseload of 46-56 students from preschool through middle school programs. Your specialized knowledge will address diverse communication needs including phonological disorders, syntax and morphology challenges, pragmatic language difficulties, and augmentative communication implementation. Primary Functions You'll conduct thorough speech and language assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and provide individualized virtual therapy sessions. Key responsibilities include IEP goal development and progress monitoring, collaboration with educational teams through virtual meetings, family consultation and training, and adaptation of traditional therapy techniques for digital delivery platforms. Licensing Requirements Candidates must possess valid Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathologist licensure and current ASHA CCC-SLP certification. A Master's degree from an accredited speech-language pathology program is mandatory, along with demonstrated two years of experience in school-based settings. Experience with diverse populations and various communication disorders is essential.
