Lacey Post Acute & Rehabilitation offers around-the-clock skilled nursing in a residential setting. Our community features an outdoor recreation area, a patio garden, a rehab gym, a beauty/barber shop, a library, pastoral support, and transportation services.

Qualifications:
- Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
- Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred.
- Well versed with documentation writing.
