We are partnering with a supportive school district in Grays Harbor County to hire two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the school year. Location: Grays Harbor County, WA Start Date: September 9, 2025 End Date : June 16, 2026 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 37.5 - 40 hours/week Grade Levels: Pre-K-12 Key Responsibilities: Provide speech-language services to students across multiple school sites Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student communication needs Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Conduct assessments and progress monitoring Maintain timely and accurate documentation Travel between school locations as assigned Qualifications: Valid Washington State SLP License Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate Completion of a PESB-approved ESA course, an out-of-state program leading to ESA certification, or verification of three years of out-of-state experience Right Response Certification (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Full-time benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k, etc.) Streamlined onboarding and credentialing Ongoing recruiter support throughout your assignment Opportunity to make a real impact in a student-centered district Why Apply?
