Onward Search Education is partnering with a school district in Silverdale, WA to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist for the school year. Location: Silverdale, WA Start Date: August 22, 2025 End Date: June 16, 2026 (with a possible extension through June 24) Schedule: Monday-Friday Grade Level: Elementary (may include early childhood) Hours: 37.5 hours/week Caseload: Approximately 50 students Key Responsibilities Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments to identify student needs. Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student goals. Deliver direct therapy services in individual or group settings. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress. Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and state guidelines. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.
