Speech Language Pathologist

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Needed for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Bennington, VT! Advance Rehab Care is currently seeking a licensed SLP to join our Bennington Facility. We are seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist with an active license. Daily Range of Responsibilities of the Speech-Language Pathologist: To provide quality speech therapy services and initiate referrals when appropriate, by established standards of practice, therapy department procedures, and productivity standards To evaluate and obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation To develop a treatment plan that includes a target list and short-term and long-term goals. Instructs patients, family, and staff in appropriate speech-language procedures to allow carry over of therapeutic remediation and goals in daily activities Physical Therapist Job Requirements: Bachelor and/or Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology Current and Valid NY state license Excellent oral and written communication skills Computer literate Completed Certificate of Clinical Competence Preferred Current CPR certification We Use Rehab Optima and Point Click Care - experience is a plus.
