Carroll University seeks an Adjunct Instructor of Physical Therapy for the Fall 2025 semester.

Course: PTH 7606 Neurological disorders Lab A and Lab B

Time/Days: 8:00 AM - 9:50 AM, 10:00 AM - 11:50 AM, Friday, CGS Rooms 101/104

Brief Course Description: The Department of Physical Therapy is seeking a qualified and experienced Physical Therapist to join our faculty team in a teaching-focused role. The successful candidate will contribute to the instruction of graduate physical therapy students, with a primary focus on the evaluation and treatment of individuals with neurological disorders.

Responsibilities include teaching content related to the pathology, diagnosis, clinical presentation, progression, and prognosis of neurological conditions. The faculty member will guide students in analyzing current and emerging frameworks for movement retraining and applying evidence-based interventions in neurologic rehabilitation. Emphasis will be placed on developing students' proficiency in utilizing clinical instruments, tests, and evaluations to detect impairments, activity limitations, and participation restrictions.

Candidates should have clinical expertise in neurologic physical therapy, a strong foundation in patient management, and experience or interest in graduate-level teaching. A commitment to student engagement and the integration of didactic and clinical learning is essential.

Qualifications: Doctorate or Master of Physical Therapy. Official transcripts are due upon hire.

The College: The College of Health Sciences offers undergraduate and graduate programs through seven departments; Public Health, Athletic Training, Physician Assistant Studies, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Nursing, and Department of Movement Sciences.
