Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement IEP goals that support early communication, language development, and foundational learning skills for young children.
Provide engaging and play-based speech and language therapy in individual, small group, and/or inclusive classroom settings to support early learners.
Collaborate closely with teachers, aides, and specialists to integrate communication strategies into daily routines and early childhood curriculum.
Maintain clear, accurate, and developmentally relevant documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines to track progress and inform instruction.
