A K-12 school in Muncie, IN seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year, beginning late July. This contract position offers a caseload of approximately 60 students, primarily serving Pre-Kindergarten with some students ranging from 3rd to 12th grade. The role includes 35 hours of work per week with the flexibility of working from home one day each week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language services to a diverse caseload from Pre-K through 12th grade
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state policies
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Indiana SLP license
- Department of Education (DOE) certification in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working in school settings preferred
