Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in Aurora, Illinois . This contract role is for the 20252026 school year , supporting a specialized K5 autism program at Gates Elementary School. We are looking for a compassionate clinician who is dedicated to helping students develop functional communication and language skills.

• Location: Aurora, IL

• Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week

• Dates: August 18, 2025 May 29, 2026

• Setting: On-site only (no remote)

• Caseload: K12 students with autism in a structured classroom setting

• Provide direct therapy and speech-language services to students with autism spectrum disorders

• Conduct assessments and evaluations in accordance with IEP goals

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans

• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain documentation in compliance with district and state requirements

• Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, families, and support professionals

• Active Illinois SLP license

• Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement

• Previous school or autism program experience preferred

• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills

• Must be comfortable working fully on-site in a structured educational environment
