Hiring Now School-Based Speech Therapist St. Charles, IL

Join our team in St. Charles, IL , as a school-based SLP working with elementary students on the autism spectrum. This position will be a full-time contract for the 2025-2026 school year.

Job Description:
Provide K5 speech and language services, emphasizing pragmatic language and early communication skills in a classroom-based setting.

Duties:

• Perform comprehensive language and articulation evaluations

• Create individualized treatment plans

• Deliver therapy sessions and track outcomes

• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators

Qualifications:

• Masters degree

• IL licensure or eligibility, CCC-SLP preferred

• Experience in school settings and autism intervention

• Detail-oriented with strong planning and collaboration skills
