Program Manager

This position provides program management for key systems that support all Providence Swedish campus locations.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ 9 months of project/program management in contingent staffing

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's Degree

+ 2 years of progressive work in staffing, recruiting, or program management experience

+ Work experience in healthcare environment preferred

+ Non-employed organizational programs for volunteer and intern/externships

+ Prior experience/knowledge of contingent workforce in a union environment

+ Prior experience with interpretation and management of contract terms and conditions

Providence Swedish is the largest not-for-profit health care system in the greater Puget Sound area. It is comprised of eight hospital campuses (Ballard, Edmonds, Everett, Centralia, Cherry Hill (Seattle), First Hill (Seattle), Issaquah and Olympia); emergency rooms and specialty centers in Redmond (East King County) and the Mill Creek area in Everett; and Providence Swedish Medical Group, a network of 190+ primary care and specialty care locations throughout the Puget Sound.
