Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to work with a school district in Temple, Texas for the 20252026 academic year . This role offers an opportunity to support students with communication needs in a structured educational setting.

• Complete speech and language evaluations to identify student needs

• Design and deliver individualized therapy sessions

• Track and document student progress accurately

• Work collaboratively with educators, staff, and parents

• Contribute to student planning meetings and support service alignment

• Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology

• Active Texas license to practice Speech Language Pathology (or ability to obtain prior to start)

• Ability to manage a school-based caseload professionally and independently

• Comfortable with school documentation systems and timelines

• Prior school or pediatric experience is preferred
