• Job Type: Monday-Thursday, Part-Time

• Start Date: ASAP

• Caseload: Mild to Moderate

• Environment: PK-10 School Setting

• Provide direct physical therapy services based on IEP goals

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and other service providers

• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state standards

• Support staff with positioning, mobility strategies, and adaptive techniques

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Connecticut

• School-based experience preferred, but not required
