We are currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join a school district near New Milford, CT. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule and involves working with a mild to moderate caseload of students spanning multiple grade levels.

In this position, you will deliver direct physical therapy services aligned with student IEPs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with educators, staff, and related service providers to support student progress.

You will also participate in IEP meetings and contribute to planning to ensure students receive the best possible support. Maintaining thorough and compliant documentation is essential to this role. Additionally, you will provide guidance on positioning, mobility strategies, and adaptive equipment usage to support staff and student needs.

To qualify, candidates must hold a current Physical Therapist license in Connecticut .
