We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to support a school district near New Fairfield, CT . This part-time position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work with a mild to moderate caseload of students across multiple grade levels.

• Deliver direct PT services in accordance with student IEPs

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans

• Work collaboratively with educators, staff, and related service providers

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress planning

• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation

• Offer guidance on positioning, mobility, and adaptive equipment as needed

• Current Physical Therapist license in Connecticut
