Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a qualified and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position with a K12 school district near Lowell, OR . This contract role is ideal for SLPs who are not only skilled clinicians, but also confident in managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and working independently.

Position Details:

• Location: Lowell, OR

• Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday, follows school calendar

• Start Date: Beginning of school year or as soon as possible

• Caseload: 3040 students across K12

• Contract Type: Full school year, with potential for renewal

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and indirect services in alignment with IEP goals

• Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations

• Develop and maintain IEP documentation and progress reports

• Independently schedule and facilitate IEP meetings and related services

• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and school teams

• Maintain accurate records and comply with district and state guidelines

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Oregon SLP license (active or in process)

• ASHA CCC preferred (CFY applicants also considered)

• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential

• Prior school-based experience is a plus
