Ripple Wellness, a thriving multi-disciplinary clinic in Washougal is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team.

Schedule:
3 - 4 shifts per week, based on your availabilityCurrent openings include:

Mondays and Wednesdays 2 - 8pm
Tuesdays 8 - 2pm
Saturdays and Sundays also available, if interested

About Ripple Wellness:
Ripple is an integrative clinic offering acupuncture, massage, naturopathic medicine, nutrition counseling, mental health support, yoga, and breathwork. Our treatment rooms are spacious and come fully equipped with essential oils, towel warmers, silicone and glass cups, and hot stones - everything you need to give a treatment you and the client enjoy.

We foster a warm, collaborative culture where providers feel connected to one another and the larger mission of holistic care. Our team includes four massage therapists with consistently full schedules, and were looking to add one more practitioner who shares our commitment to client care and positive teamwork.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality massage therapy services to clients, utilizing various techniques such as deep tissue massage, relaxation massage and any other techniques you employ
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and client preference
- Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and office protocols
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Provide a full massage 55-60 minutes hands on time for a 60 Minute Visit and 85-90 minutes hands on time for a 90 Minute Visit.

Qualifications:
- Valid Massage Therapy License
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy
- Proficient in patient assessment and providing exceptional patient service
- Experience with a variety of techniques that support effective pain relief and deep relaxationwhatever your unique skill set may be
- Background in customer service
