Compensation: starting at $65 per hour, depending on credentials.

Soliant is seeking a motivated and student-centered Speech-Language Pathologist to serve a school district in Dixon for the upcoming 20252026 school year . This position offers the opportunity to work directly with students in a collaborative educational environment where your expertise will make a real difference.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday

• Student Population: K12

• Caseload: Approximately 5560 students

• Disability Range: Mild to moderate, full range

• Start Date: Fall 2025

• Setting: In-person required

• Employment Type: Full-time preferred, part-time considered

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations

• Implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings

• Support classroom teachers with language strategies and interventions

• Maintain detailed records and progress reports

• Engage with parents and caregivers to support carryover of strategies at home

Requirements:

• Valid California SLP License

• School-based experience preferred but not required

• Ability to pass a federal background check

• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to student growth and inclusive education practices
