School-Based SLP Opening Reserve, LA
Soliant Health is partnering with a school district in Reserve, Louisiana to fill a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position for the 20252026 school year. This itinerant role may require travel between 12 school sites and will serve a K12 student population. The caseload is expected to range from 5060 students, though final numbers will depend on the master schedule. The district is open to considering Clinical Fellows and SLPAs if necessary, but preference will be given to fully licensed SLP-CCCs.
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services to a diverse K12 caseload
Travel between assigned school locations as needed
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to student needs
Write and implement IEPs in collaboration with school staff and families
Monitor and document student progress in accordance with district and state guidelines
Participate in IEP meetings and team planning discussions
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Louisiana SLP license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
ASHA certification (CCC) strongly preferred; CFs and SLPAs may be considered
Ability to manage a dynamic caseload across multiple grade levels
Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Availability for the full assignment: August 4, 2025 May 22, 2026
