Full-time Home Health Physical Therapist, PT

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist who excels at personalizing treatment plans and fostering a supportive environment for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. In this position, you will: Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and review medical histories. Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals. Maintain meticulous patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Qualifications: Master's degree in Physical Therapy. A minimum of one year of experience in home health as a Physical Therapist. Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of operation. Valid CPR certification is required. Licensed driver with the ability to travel to various business locations.
