As part of our unwavering commitment to fostering children's success, Therapy Source is actively seeking Bilingual English/Spanish Speech Language Pathologists with a Pennsylvania State License to provide virtual therapy services for online charter school students. Scheduling is flexible and can be based on your availability. No caseload minimum is required.
Speech-Language Pathologist Position Details:

• Location: Online (Virtual Platform)
• Scheduling: For the current school year. Flexible - tailored to your availability.
• Salary Range: $65-$75 per hour

Qualifications:

• Pennsylvania Licensure: Hold licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Pennsylvania
• Clearances: Possession of up-to-date clearances or a willingness to obtain them.
• Professional Liability Insurance: Proof of individual professional liability insurance or a readiness to acquire it.

Responsibilities of Speech-Language Pathologists May Include:

• Holistic Support: Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs that influence educational goals.
• Evaluation Expertise: Assisting in comprehensive evaluations and formulating tailored goals for students in need of speech/language therapy.
• IEP Collaboration: Providing ongoing support for students' Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
• Thorough Documentation: Maintaining meticulous records and documentation.
• IEP Development: Creating and implementing Individual Education Programs.
• Reporting Excellence: Completing all related work, documentation, and reporting requirements.
