A school district in Navarre, FL is seeking two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide maternity leave coverage during the 2025 fall semester. • Caseloads average 60-65 students
• No additional duties such as bus or car rider duty required

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid SLP certification/license appropriate for school settings
• Experience working with K-12 students
• Strong caseload management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and support staff
• Flexibility to begin early to shadow and familiarize with caseload before official coverage starts

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide individualized speech-language therapy to students
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Collaborate with teachers and families to support student progress and carryover of skills
