Boone County Schools is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide assessments and therapy services that empower students to communicate effectively and achieve their goals. This is a wonderful opportunity to contribute to a supportive, student-focused team.

Position Overview:
As an SLP, you will assess student needs, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy across a diverse caseload of learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language assessments and create detailed evaluation reports

• Develop and implement therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals

• Address articulation, fluency, receptive/expressive language, and social communication

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote progress

• Attend IEP meetings and contribute recommendations and updates

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Kentucky SLP License

• Kentucky Department of Education Certification for School-Based SLPs

• ASHA CCC strongly preferred

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time, onsite

• Schedule: MondayFriday during school hours

• Caseload: K12 students (assignments determined by district needs)
