Boone County Schools is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their collaborative student services team. This role is an exciting opportunity to help students build vital communication skills that support learning and social development.

Position Overview:
As an SLP, you will conduct evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy services that address a wide range of speech and language needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and prepare reports

  • Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals

  • Address articulation, fluency, receptive and expressive language, and pragmatic skills

  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to encourage student progress

  • Participate in IEP meetings and document services accurately

  • Maintain compliance with all district and state requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active Kentucky SLP License

  • Kentucky Department of Education Certification for School-Based SLPs

  • ASHA CCC strongly preferred

  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Job Details:

  • Type: Full-time, onsite

  • Schedule: MondayFriday during school hours

  • Caseload: K12 students (assignments determined by district needs)
