Full-Time SLP Role Empower Communication Skills in Toledo City Schools

Toledo City Schools is actively hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their supportive team. This position focuses on providing high-quality speech and language services that help students achieve their academic and social goals.

Position Overview:
As an SLP, you will assess student needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy that supports communication development across a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language assessments and write clear evaluation reports

• Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals

• Provide intervention for articulation, fluency, language comprehension, and social communication

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families

• Attend IEP meetings and document services accurately

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Ohio SLP License

• Ohio Department of Education Certification for School-Based SLPs

• ASHA CCC preferred

• School-based or pediatric experience is a plus

• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time, onsite

• Schedule: MondayFriday during school hours

• Caseload: K12 students (assignments determined by district needs)
