Completes evaluations to ensurequality standards and addresses assessment areas that requireattention. Uses appropriate clinical techniques and tools andestablishes individualized treatment plans for patients. Providestherapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols andtechniques. Establishes individualized care and discharge plans andensures plans are communicated to appropriate parties. Completescomprehensive and accurate clinical documentation withinestablished deadlines.
