Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our educational team for the 20252026 school year in Sonoma, CA. This full-time position offers the opportunity to support students communication needs in a collaborative school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP

• Implement therapy plans and activities as developed by the supervising SLP

• Document student progress and assist in data collection for IEP goals

• Support students across various grade levels, depending on caseload

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success

Qualifications:

• Valid California SLPA license

• Previous school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
