Lead Occupational Therapist - Pain Management at Providence St. Jude Medical Center, Fullerton, CA. This position is Part time and will work 40-hour, Day shifts.

Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager and consultative supervision of the Occupational Therapy Practice Manager, the Senior Clinician in Occupational Therapy is responsible for providing quality care for patients receiving occupational therapy services, including detailed or specialty evaluation, assessment, treatment planning, goal setting, treatment implementation, discharge planning to transition the patient toward maximum independence. This Occupational Therapist must complete documentation according to professional and facility standards. The Senior Clinician participates in formal mentoring of other staff, has an active role in program development and makes recommendations and decisions that fit within patient's and facility's resources.

Required qualifications:
- Coursework/Training: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy professional program or equivalent education/ experience or Comparable education approved by the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy.
- California Occupational Therapist License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 5 years of experience as a practicing therapist, preferably in physical rehabilitation, including 3 years in specialty area.
- Served as a Clinical Instructor for interns and students and participated in presenting in-services to students.
- Completed a project or special assignment that expanded beyond the program (i.e. related to the ministry and/or community).
- Participated in at least one community service event in the last year.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- AOTA and OTAC membership upon hire.
