Soliant Health is seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in a supportive school district near Lafayette, California . This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to make a meaningful impact in students lives during the upcoming school year.

Position Details:

• Full-time (typically 37.5 hours/week)

• 2025-2026 school year

• Caseload details will be discussed during the interview

• Onsite preferred, but hybrid options may be considered based on district needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students

• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and collaborate with educational teams

• Maintain accurate records and document student progress

• Engage with families, staff, and support personnel to maximize student success

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active California SLP license or eligibility

• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs may be considered

• Previous school-based experience is a plus
