Speech Language Pathologist

Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Lafayette, CA
Employment Type: Full-time
Contract Dates: Early August Late May
Settings Served: Elementary school (1.0 FTE) and preschool (1.0 FTE)

We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services for elementary and preschool students in Lafayette, CA, for the upcoming school year. The SLP will support a diverse caseload, conducting evaluations, developing IEPs, and delivering therapy to enhance students communication and academic success.

• Elementary: Approximately 40 students

• Preschool: Approximately 10 students

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student speech and language needs

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Provide direct therapy services to preschool and elementary students

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active California SLP license and credentials

• School-based experience preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
