Soliant is seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Riverside, California for the upcoming 20252026 school year . This is a full-time position providing services to students across a K12 caseload, with opportunities to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of educators and therapists.

Whether you're a seasoned school-based SLP or a clinical fellow (CFY) looking to start your career in a school setting, we encourage you to apply!

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

• Provide direct therapy services to students

• Maintain accurate records of student progress

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Active California SLP license or eligibility prior to the start date

• ASHA CCCs or Clinical Fellow applicants accepted

• Prior school-based experience preferred but not required

• Weekly pay (W2 contract through Soliant)
