Ann Arbor Public Schools is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to help students develop fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills essential for classroom and daily success. This is a great chance to be part of a collaborative team dedicated to student growth.

Position Overview:
As an OT, you will assess student needs, design personalized treatment plans, and deliver therapy that empowers students to participate confidently and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and prepare thorough reports

• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with IEP objectives

• Address fine motor skills, self-care routines, and sensory processing

• Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student progress

• Attend IEP meetings and provide recommendations and progress updates

• Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

• Active Michigan Occupational Therapy License

• Michigan Department of Education Certification for School-Based OT

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time, onsite

• Schedule: MondayFriday during school hours

• Caseload: K12 students (assignments determined by district needs)
