Warren County Schools is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to help students develop fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills that promote success in the classroom and daily life. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, student-focused team.

Position Overview:
As an OT, you will assess student needs, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy that builds independence and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and prepare detailed reports

  • Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

  • Address fine motor coordination, sensory processing, and self-care skills

  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student progress

  • Attend IEP meetings and share recommendations and updates

  • Maintain accurate documentation to comply with district and state requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

  • Active Kentucky Occupational Therapy License

  • Kentucky Department of Education Certification for School-Based OT

  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred

  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Job Details:

  • Type: Full-time, onsite

  • Schedule: MondayFriday during school hours

  • Caseload: K12 students (assignments determined by district needs)
