Occupational Therapist Opportunity Join Warren County Schools Full-Time

Warren County Schools is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to help students build the functional and adaptive skills they need for success in school and everyday life. This is a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative, student-focused team.

Position Overview:
As an OT, you will assess student abilities, create customized treatment plans, and provide therapy that fosters fine motor, sensory, and self-care skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and create detailed reports

• Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals and student needs

• Deliver interventions to improve fine motor coordination, daily living skills, and sensory processing

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support consistent progress

• Attend IEP meetings and provide recommendations and updates

• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

• Active Kentucky Occupational Therapy License

• Kentucky Department of Education Certification for School-Based OT

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time, onsite

• Schedule: MondayFriday during school hours

• Caseload: K12 students (assignments determined by district needs)
