Toms River Regional Schools is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who is passionate about helping students develop clear, confident communication skills. This is your chance to work in a supportive school environment where collaboration and student success come first.

Role Overview:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will evaluate students, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy to meet each learners needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete speech-language assessments and write comprehensive reports

• Develop and implement therapy strategies aligned with IEP objectives

• Provide intervention for articulation, fluency, receptive/expressive language, and social skills

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to promote consistent progress

• Attend IEP meetings to share updates and recommendations

• Maintain accurate records per district and state guidelines

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Current New Jersey SLP License

• NJ Department of Education Certification for school-based practice

• ASHA CCC preferred

• Experience in educational or pediatric settings strongly valued

• Strong teamwork, organization, and communication skills

Position Details:

• Type: Full-time, onsite

• Schedule: MondayFriday, regular school hours

• Caseload: K12 students (assignments based on district needs)
