About This Opportunity:
In this role, youll assess students, design targeted therapy plans, and provide interventions that help them communicate effectively and confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech-language assessments and develop clear, actionable reports

• Create and implement therapy plans customized to each students needs and IEP goals

• Address a wide range of areas including articulation, fluency, expressive/receptive language, and social communication

• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and school staff to support progress

• Participate in IEP meetings to share recommendations and monitor outcomes

• Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state regulations

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active New Jersey SLP License

• New Jersey DOE Certification for school-based services

• ASHA CCC preferred

• Prior experience in school or pediatric settings is a plus

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Position Details:

• Type: Full-time, onsite

• Schedule: MondayFriday during school hours

• Caseload: K12 students (assignments vary by district needs)
