Active PA Physical Therapist License
PA Edu Cert.
School- based experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with teams to support student success and participate in multidisciplinary planning.
Maintain documentation of physical therapy services, student progress, and team communications.
Work closely with special education teachers, teachers, nurses, and therapists to achieve student goals.
Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans to support IEP objectives.
