Speech Therapist Opportunity Join Plymouth-Canton Schools Full-Time

Plymouth-Canton Community Schools is actively hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver assessments and therapy that help students build strong communication skills for academic and social success. Position Overview:
As an SLP, you will evaluate student strengths and needs, design individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy to support a wide range of communication goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and write clear reports

• Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals

• Address articulation, fluency, receptive/expressive language, and social communication

• Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure consistent progress

• Attend IEP meetings and provide recommendations and updates

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Michigan SLP License

• Michigan Department of Education Certification for School-Based SLPs

• ASHA CCC strongly preferred

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time, onsite

• Schedule: MondayFriday during school hours

• Caseload: K12 students (assignments determined by district needs)
