Speech Pathology - Vallejo, CA

A school district in Vallejo, CA is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services at the elementary school level. This is a leave replacement contract position supporting students from September 8, 2025, through March 2, 2026. The role focuses on delivering individualized speech and language therapy to help students achieve their communication goals.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold a current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school setting
• Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders and intervention strategies
• Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Elementary school in Vallejo, California

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Provide direct therapy to students individually or in small groups
• Track progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate speech goals into the classroom
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state regulations
