Our virtual speech therapy program serves students across multiple districts, providing you with diverse clinical experiences while maintaining the flexibility of remote work. You'll work with a manageable caseload of 40-45 students, primarily in elementary grades, focusing on foundational communication skills that set students up for academic success. Primary Responsibilities Lead individual and small group therapy sessions addressing speech sound disorders, language development, and communication challenges. Your expertise will guide IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaborative planning with teachers and families. Documentation, assessment administration, and professional development participation are integral parts of this comprehensive role. Student Population & Service Delivery Your caseload will primarily serve students in grades K-5, with occasional middle school students requiring specialized support. Common areas of focus include articulation therapy, expressive and receptive language development, and social communication skills. Sessions are conducted through secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms designed specifically for educational therapy services. Schedule Flexibility Enjoy a structured yet flexible schedule of 36-37.5 hours per week, with session times arranged to optimize both student availability and your professional preferences. Morning and afternoon time slots are available, allowing for work-life balance while ensuring consistent service delivery to students who depend on your expertise. Required Credentials & Experience This position requires an active Ohio Speech Language Pathologist license and current ASHA CCC-SLP certification. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology and demonstrate at least two years of successful experience in educational settings. Strong communication skills and adaptability to virtual service delivery models are essential.
