This opportunity is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) with a PEL and SLP endorsement looking to provide impactful services across early childhood, elementary, and middle school students. The position supports a diverse K-12 caseload and requires onsite work during the standard school year.
Key Qualifications:
- Certification as an SLP with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement
- Experience working with students from early childhood through middle school (K-8)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and educators
Location & Schedule:
- Onsite role in Aurora, Illinois
- Contract position for the normal school year (NSY)
- 37.5 hours per week
- Caseload includes early childhood, K-5, and 6-8 grade levels
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and provide direct therapy services
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies
