    Job Details
  • Assesses and evaluates patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain and other medical conditions.
  • Based on this assessment and evaluation, develops a treatment plan, performs interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient&s well being, and evaluates the patient&s progress.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • The requirements list must be representative of the knowledge, skills, minimum education, training, licensure, experience, and/or ability required.
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Regular attendance to perform work on site during regularly scheduled business hours or scheduled shifts is required.
  • Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and applications.

    Job Requirements
  • One (1) year related experience (preferably in a clinic setting) is required.

  • One (1) year ultrasound experience is preferred.
