- Assesses and evaluates patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain and other medical conditions.
- Based on this assessment and evaluation, develops a treatment plan, performs interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient&s well being, and evaluates the patient&s progress.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- The requirements list must be representative of the knowledge, skills, minimum education, training, licensure, experience, and/or ability required.
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Regular attendance to perform work on site during regularly scheduled business hours or scheduled shifts is required.
- Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.

- A team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
- Job Requirements
- One (1) year related experience (preferably in a clinic setting) is required.

- One (1) year ultrasound experience is preferred.
